Successful Bidders to Supply SDA-10/251 Nitrogen Plant

Tegas is the successful bidder to supply SDA-10/251 nitrogen plant TEGAS was awarded a contract to supply a mobile SDA-10/251 nitrogen compressor plant (on the URAL-10 chassis) for Lukoil - Western Siberia.

This plant produces not less than 10 NM³/Min [353 CFH] of nitrogen from air on site and compresses it to 250 atm [245 bar; 3,556 psi] for injection into wells or for pipeline pressing or purging. The plant has special design features and produces nitrogen of the highest concentration – not less than 95% – as nowhere in Russia. The plant meets the most stringent requirements of Rostekhnadzor, the Russian Federal Environmental, Engineering and Nuclear Supervision Agency, and ensures the highest level of operational safety at oil production facilities and can be allowed to operate at gas production facilities, in contrast to the plants producing nitrogen of concentrations less than 90%.
