SDA­-25/40 Movable Nitrogen Plant

Tegas developed and manufactured a new, very high-productivity SDA-25/40 nitrogen plant.

The nitrogen plant is to produce and compress (till 40 atm = 39 bar = 569 psi) nitrogen from atmospheric air. The pressure can be raised up to 300 atm [294 bar; 4,267 psi].

At a time, we're working on nitrigen plant construction optimisation and ease assemblies and aggregates' accessibility for repair and maintenance works. Nitrogen plant is based on all-wheel drive 8x8 KAMAZ chassis.

Thus, now Tegas offers these movable nitrogen plants: SDA-20/251, SDA-25/251 (SDA-25/250) and SDA-25/301 (SDA-25/300) based on KAMAZ chassis. These plants have unique performance/pressure/dimensions proportion.
