Production and Certification of the Mobile Manifold System TGBM-40M for Gazprom Company

November 16, 2010 TEGAS produced and performed certification of mobile manifold system TGBM-40M equipped with SKTS-01 cementing control station. Station is based on single chassis URAL-4320. The customer is the world's largest energy company.



TGBM functions:

• The connection of the wellhead with technological machines, the connection of technological machines between each other. The basis of manifold system is high quality pipeline system designed to work under the pressure up to 70 MPa (700 atm). If the SKTS-01 is connected, the maximum pressure is 40 MPa (400 atm).
• Monitoring of cementing process parameters and well workover. For this usage, the installation is equipped with a microprocessor cementing control system SKTS-01. This system is based on electromagnetic and vibration measuring techniques. It measures flow, pressure, temperature and density of solution injected. Measuring results are memorized in system's internal memory. SKTS-01 is then connected to PC or notebook – to process measured data.
• Auxiliary equipment carriage. For this usage, URAL-4320 chassis is equipped with lifting device and cradle.
