ND-9/101 disel air compressor plants

TEGAS compressors are intended for prospective oil production projects in the CIS.

TEGAS supplied two ND-9/101 air compressors to one of the largest oil and gas companies in the CIS.

The enterprise is a mass-producer of ND-9/101 plants, which have been certificated and are distinguished by trouble-free operation for many years at oil and gas industry facilities in Russia and abroad. Traditionally each product shipped by the Company features innovative improvements that extend its service life due to new materials and design improvements and offer better appearance.

Design modifications that improved the operating parameters of ND-9/101M plants:

• Equipment arrangement has been optimized to facilitate plant servicing.

• A new plant hood has been engineered to reduce weight and dimensions and improve the plant's appearance.

• The cooling system of diesel engine and compressor has been upgraded that enables the plant to operate at higher ambient temperatures (up to 50 °С).

• Packing seals of new design used in 2VM2,5-9/101 and 2VM2.5-5/101 compressors will extend the service life of the compressor rod in SD-9/101, ND-9/101, SDA-5/101, NDA-5/101, SDA-5/220, NDA-5/220, SD-9/220 and ND-9/220 plants and 2VM2.5-14/9, 2GM2.5-14/9С and other compressors based on 2М2.5.
