2010: Tegas Rises to Intercontinental Level
Every day of new year opens perspectives and expands horizons for the implementation of Company’s plans. In the first decade of January, 2010, when all the enterprises of Russia rested, we took a trip in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The business community of Argentina and South America is interested in supplying modern compressor equipment. Prospective buyers have shown great interest in the new range of mobile nitrogen compressor units - TGA (TG) and SDA (SD), equipped with modern 2M2.5 and 4m2.5 compressors.
Nowadays, TGA stations meet international standards, and have no analogs in Russia on mass-dimensional characteristics (compactness) and achieved nitrogen purity at par productivity.
In the nearest future Tegas Company plans building CKD assembling plant in South America. The plant will produce and distribute chassis-based nitrogen gas generators in the region. Agreements on delivers of Tegas Company’s equipment were reached, protocols of intend for the forthcoming long-term contracts were signed.
Technical data:
The nitrogen output of chassis-based, container-based and block-modular TGA stations can be more than 3000 nm3/hr. Minimum concentration of nitrogen in the nominal operation mode is 95% and can be increased to 99.95%. The pressure of produced nitrogen can be up to 350-400 atm.
Nitrogen stations reach needed concentration of nitrogen in 10-15 minutes after launch. Stations operate at ambient temperatures from -45 to +50°C.
TGA-series nitrogen generators are the latest research of Tegas’ constructors and engineers. In the process of ongoing testing, TGA-series successfully confirms high output and operational parameters.
