Shipment of dual-mode modular compressor station AMU-0.33/200 with increased output pressure

Tegas Company in cooperation with Krasnodar Compressor Plant produced and shipped the latest dual-mode modular compressor station pressure AMU-0.33/200 (the new name is TGA-0.33/200) for one of the largest gas processing divisions of the Gazprom company.

Today Tegas is ready to offer a number of integrated solutions for highly explosive industrial objects – to supply these objects with compressed inert gas - nitrogen. Electrochemical nitrogen plants such as AMU and TGA are widely known and are suitable for use as open platforms, and in the shop floor performance.

August 16, 2010 modular nitrogen compressor station AMU-0.33/200 was shipped.

This station is designed to supply the consumer with compressed nitrogen on the site of maintenance and is mounted in three standard 20-feet sea containers.

Station's advantages:
• high-pressured nitrogen (up to 200 atmospheres and more);
• high-purity nitrogen (up to 99.7% and more);
• the possibility of supply of compressed nitrogen on two lines: low-pressure (up to 6 atm) and high-pressure (up to 200 atm) simultaneously.

The station is equipped with a microprocessor-based automation system with remote control possibility and does not require the permanent presence of staff.

Station's operating temperature - from -45°C to +45°C

The station consists of 3 block-modules:
• Screw-compressor module (output more than 600 Nm³/h, pressure of 6 atm);
• Air-treatment and air-separation module;
• Booster module (output 20 Nm³/h, pressure 200 atm).

All systems of the station are explosion-proof and provide backup.
