Chassis-Based Nitrogen Gas Generator TGA-20/251

Prestige of industrial company is characterized by the presence of technically sophisticated equipment with record parameters. Tegas Company shipped TGA-20/251 nitrogen generator for one of the world-biggest oil companies. This generator will be used for molding and purging of gas pipelines, for oil wells workover, for implementation of coiled tubing technologies.

Station is designed to obtain gaseous nitrogen from atmospheric air at the site of exploitation. Nitrogen output is 20Nm³/min (1200Nm³/hr), at 95-99% nitrogen concentration. The station is equipped with two diesel units. This scheme does not use chassis diesel engine as the drive for screw compressor, increasing output and reliability of station.

8x8 full-wheel drive MZKT-65712 terrain chassis makes possible easily deliver station to any place you need. Station’s nitrogen generator – in fact is a whole plant, generating gaseous nitrogen. This station has unique output-pressure-dimensions ratio.

Station serving personnel was trained in our own training center. It ensures smooth and effective operation of the station at the customer’s facility.

Today TGA stations meet international standards, have no analogs in Russia on the mass-dimensional characteristics (compactness) and output-pressure-purity ratio.
