TGA-5/101 Mobile Nitrogen Plant

Tegas manufactured and shipped a new TGA-5/101 plant (an improved variant of SDA-5/101–type plants). TGA-5/101 is designed to produce nitrogen from air by membrane gas separation.

The output of the nitrogen plant is more than 300 NM³/Hr [10,590 CFH]. At nominal conditions the plant produces nitrogen of a concentration of 95% and can be increased to 99%, nitrogen output pressure is up to 120 atm [118 bar; 1,707 psi].

The plant reaches the required concentration of nitrogen within 10-15 minutes after start that meets the most stringent international standards. TGA­– type plants are a state-of-the-art development of Tegas and the Krasnodar Compressor Plant engineers and designers.

The on-going testing of TGA series has revealed that the equipment harmonises perfectly with the philosophy and design parameters. To date TGA­ plants meet stringent international standards and second to none in Russia in terms of weight and size (compact design) and nitrogen purity when operating at nominal capacity.
