Open Day at LLC Krasnodar Compressor Plant

At the initiative of a member of the "Personnel reserve", General Director of Krasnodar Compressor Plant (TEGAS Industrial group) Igor Voroshilov, the company held an Open Day.
Invited guests were able to acquaint with the structure of production, see plant’s products "in vivo", ask questions.
The main purpose of such an event was to attract young people to the development of industrial relations in the Kuban region and to create a business incubator capable of giving a powerful boost to innovation processes in the region.
The main group of participants were students of 3-4 grades of Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the Kuban University of Technology. They will later be able to work on this manufacturing. The head of a group was a member of the "Personnel reserve", Associate Professor Svetlana Shasherinoy.
The participants were also: Sergey Kosogor - regional coordinator of "Personnel reserve" project; presidium members of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the Kuban, heads of youth-oriented TV program "Elementary business".
Excursion to the production workshops of the Krasnodar Compressor Plant was held personally by Director General. By the end of the tour short briefing was held: Igor Voroshilov answered questions from students and guests.
At the conclusion of the event participants and guests of the Open Day thanked for the complete tour and the prospect of further interaction. Organizers said that such events will become permanent.
