Shipping a New Nitrogen Plant

TEGAS has shipped a new AMU (TGA)-3/13-75 mobile (portable) nitrogen plant to a major corporate customer.

The nitrogen plant is fully automatic and designed to produce 3 NM³/Min [6,357 CFH] of nitrogen from air and compress it to 75 atmospheres [73.5 bar; 1,067 psi]. At nominal conditions the plant produces nitrogen of a concentration of 98% with the maximum concentration reaching 99.95%.

AMU (TGA)-3/13-75 nitrogen generator is the first plant of the new TGA class featuring enhanced reliability and a new automation system for the nitrogen generator and air separation cycle yielding high nitrogen concentrations.
