On March, 14 TEGAS shipped a nitrogen generator AMU-0.08/5-99.5 to a customer. This generator was integrated into the existing cable production line and it’s designed to prevent oxidation of the copper wire. AMU generates nitrogen @ 99.5% purity, flow rate of 0.08 m³/min and output pressure of 5 atm.

Due to the compactness and scalability of AMU generators by TEGAS, they are finding many new applications in various industries.

Air-preparation unit of AMU-5.8/10 consists of three filters which provides purified nitrogen at the output. This plant is equipped with receiver for a steady supply of nitrogen to the end user.

December 28, 2010 TEGAS had shipped two modular nitrogen gas generators: AMU-3.3/6 and AMU-0.25/6. The customer is a member of Russian Defense industry complex.

The stations are to supply control Instrumentation & automation devices with compressed air. Output air is dried to a dew point not higher than -60°C. The equipment will be used in oil and gas production and processing.

Tegas has developed suited LED lamps to illuminate inner workspace of SD, SDA and TGA stations. These LED lamps are 4.7 times brighter and 1.7 times more economical in comparison with ordinary ones.

In March 2010, Krasnodar Compressor Plant won a tender for the development of 8-hectares stead in Krasnodar Region, to build a new manufacturing complex.

The new plant will be aimed at full production cycle of modern competitive compressor stations and gas separating equipment. The first phase of construction has already started. The start of the first phase of the production complex is scheduled for March 2011.

Totladze was one of the first masters of Sambo in Krasnodar. Being a trainer, Totladze has prepared more than 60 masters of sport. Last years of his life Totladze worked in Specialized children-youthful sport school of Olympic reserve in Krasnodar.

After the death of Totladze, Sambo veterans organized a memorial tournament which brings together the strongest Sambo masters from around the region and the Republic of Adygea.

Tegas manufactured and shipped a new TGA-5/101 nitrogen plant (an improved variant of SDA-5/101–type plants). TGA-5/101 is designed to produce nitrogen from air by membrane gas separation.

The output of the nitrogen plant is more than 300 NM³/Hr [10,590 CFH], At nominal conditions, the plant produces nitrogen with a concentration of 95%, which can be increased to 99%, and a nitrogen output pressure of up to 120 atm [118 bar; 1,707 psi].

The nitrogen plant offers new technical solutions and improved technical and operational characteristics and enhanced reliability. TGA-2.1/8 nitrogen plant is a state-of-the-art and substantially improved variant of AMU–type nitrogen generators. The plant is fully automatic and easily operated.

TEGAS has shipped a new AMU (TGA)-3/13-75 movable (portable) nitrogen plant to a major corporate customer.

The nitrogen plant is fully automatic and designed to produce 3 NM³/Min [6,357 CFH] of nitrogen from air and compress it to 75 atmospheres [73.5 bar; 1,067 psi]. When the plant operates at nominal conditions, nitrogen concentration is 98% with the maximum concentration reaching 99.95%.
