As part of the program to convert vehicles to natural gas filling, Tegas designs and manufactures compressed natural gas filling stations on the basis of gas compressors own production.

CNG stations are designed to fuel cars, buses, special purpoce transport and agricultural machines with natural gas or coiled methane, compressed to 24.5 MPa (250 kgf/cm²).

Advantages of CNG stations

CNG stations make it easy to use natural gas or coiled methane as a motor fuel. It gives independence from fuel supply, high prices for gasoline and diesel fuel.

The use of gas as motor fuel allows 2-2.5 times lower costs for fuel and lubricants, 40% increase in service life of engines, few times reduced harmful exhaust emissions into the atmosphere, 1.5 times increase service life of motor lubricating oil. Together with the systems of gas processing equipment CNGS can be installed on marginal gas wells of local importance, wells extracting methane from coal seams and oil wells with associated methane. For the installation of the station it is enough to connect it to gas and electricity networks. Water for technological purposes is not applicable.

CNGS delivery package

The standard delivery package of CNG station includes: compressor unit, a block of input taps, gas dehydration unit, battery pack, automation system and electrical equipment, a gas stove.

Station's work processes are fully automated. The system provides automatic monitoring of station's parameters, automatic on and off, as well as automatic shut-off when parameters are outside permissible limits. CNGS is made in block-container version.
