Tegas offers movable nitrogen plants of TGA series. The series is a continuation of the popular SDA line. Nitrogen purity and plant reliability have been enhanced through introducing state-of-the-art quality components. Nitrogen plants of TGA series also offer typical solutions to adjust pressure/output.
TGA and SDA are self-propelled nitrogen gas generators driven by the compressor's diesel engine.

Our TGA nitrogen plants benefit from components supplied from key manufacturers, the expertise of specialists, constant process monitoring, and highly motivated personnel involved in the plant development and manufacture.

TGA series is used in various applications, where reliable models creating an inert environment under high pressure are required:

• drilling, gas and oil well development and workover;
• drilling in;
• testing and workover of pipelines, reservoirs and equipment used in explosive atmospheres;
• fire extinguishing using nitrogen and for creating a fire safe environment;
• many other useful applications.

Operating temperature of TGA and SDA nitrogen plants ranges from -60 to +45°C.

If the standard model line does not contain the required plant, Tegas will design and manufacture it on the basis of TGA or SDA design featuring a maximum capacity of 35 NM³/Min [74,160 CFH], a maximum pressure of 350 atm [343 bar; 4,978 psi] and a maximum purity of 99.5%.
