Mobile nitrogen plants do not need rooms. That is their key advantage. The plants are mounted inside 20- or 40-feet sea containers. Or, at the request of the customer, they can be mounted on the body frame in a required configuration.

Tegas - trailer-based mobile nitrogen gas generators

Tegas offers mobile NDA and TGA nitrogen plants. TGA is a series based on NDA. They differ in the level of nitrogen purity, in components. Besides, the TGA model line is more extended. Tegas mobile plants:

All-weather service. Our mobile nitrogen plants are capable of operating outdoors on level grounds at ambient temperatures ranging from minus 60 to plus 45°C.
Ready-to-operate. The plants are supplied complete and ready-to-operate.
Easily transported. Any transport mode can be used for transport: chassis, trailer, sleds, railroad car, vessel, aircraft, helicopter, etc.
Simple and easy maintenance. Technological gates, additional hatchways and doors allow easy access to plant units.
Additional equipment can be installed. Dryers, additional receivers, or booster compressors can be installed at the request of the customer.

Diesel-Engine-Based NDA and TGA Nitrogen Gas Generators

Diesel-engine driven NDA and TGA nitrogen plants employ piston compressors; customised models can be manufactured with capacities ranging 5–30 NM³/Min [177-1,059 CFH], and pressures 10 – 350 atm [9.8 - 343 bar; 142 - 4,978 psi].

Electrical Drive for AMU and TGA Nitrogen Gas Generators

Modular AMU and TGA nitrogen plants employ screw compressors; customised models can be manufactured with a capacity ranging 1–40 NM³/Min [2,119 - 84,760 CFH], and pressures 7.5–30 atm [7.4 - 29.4 bar; 107 - 427 psi].
