Membrane Nitrogen Gas Generators Are Reliable

Plants using hollow fibre membranes are the most reliable nitrogen gas generators to date. Membranes come with a 20-year warranty of continuous service. Membranes can be easily replaced.

The plant generates nitrogen with a purity of up to 99.95% with a capacity not more than 1,500 NM³/Hr [52,970 CFH].

Nitrogen can be produced with less purity with production rates up to 5,000 NM³/Hr [176,600 CFH].

Tegas membrane plants are fully automatic solutions, easy to control and do not require an operator.

The stationary membrane nitrogen plant of TGA and AMU series features a metallic frame, on which membrane modules are mounted, a system of filtration, an automatic control module, and piping.

Completeness of standard delivery:

• membrane gas separation unit,

• a set of conduits with counterparts,
• spare parts, tools and accessories.
