Container-based oxygen gas generators

These generators are mounted in standard sea container (transportable by any type of freight transport). Also these generators can be mounted on trailer. Container-based oxygen generators are intended for gaseous oxygen production from atmospheric air, and for cylinders filling (under pressure of 150 atm) – just like chassis-based ones.

Station's container contains gas separating equipment complex, and specific systems needed by customer – automation system, air handling system and so on.

If you need oxygen purity higher than 50% - cheap and reliable membrane gas separation technology is the right choise. Membranes’ recourse is high enough, and after the resource ends – membranes are changeable easily.

If oxygen purity higher than 95% is needed - the adsorption gas separation method is used.

The price of produced oxygen is no more than 0.07-0.1$ per 1m³. It is possible to install a special pump that will fill several cylinders simultaneously.
